A fit out is a complex and engaged process, but you will be well looked after by a bespoke team of our award-winning design & build specialists and interior designs. They’ll provide you with a full turn-key solution, from initial strategizing and workplace analysis, through to the design & build phase and warranty support.

Strategic brief
We analyse your requirements and define a clear strategy for your fit out project.
Step 2
Find building
Partner with a property agent to find your office space.
Step 3
Design
We prepare initial design concept ideas for the project, agree key points to enable the project design process to progress into scheme design then we produce detailed construction issue drawings and finalise M&E services design.
Step 4
Impementation
We appoint subcontractors and take full responsibility for assessing quality on the project.
Step 5
Move support
We manage all aspects of your move in day from removals, IT support and integration and warranty support.
