Teradata

Cushman and Wakefield approached Modus to tender for the design and fit out of the 5th Floor of The Place or "Baby Shard" (as it has become more popularly known) for their client Teradata. The client, a cutting edge technology company, were keen to explore new ways of working and Modus have provided a variety of spaces which create the Office Landscape for Teradata.

From one to one meeting booths, communal work hubs and touchdown hot desks through to a suit of more traditional meeting rooms for Teradata clients and Management team meetings, Modus are providing a fully integrated design and fit out programme of works delivering the project in just 10 weeks.

Having carried out half a dozen projects within the Shard and The place combined, Our team have a very good understanding of the landlords Approvals process for Licence to Alter and other statutory and mandatory approvals commensurate with working in the building which greatly reduced the risk of developing proposals that would be unacceptable to the landlords team, thereby avoiding any potential delay to the project or additional cost to Teradata.

Modus is also currently working with Regus on the floor below.
