Headquartered in Stavanger, Norway and with offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Copenhagen, SKAGEN AS is an independent fund management company owned and driven by portfolio management offering both equity and fixed income funds.
Established in 1993, SKAGEN AS has also operated out of their current London office in Albemarle House but with a lease expiry looming, has been for the past six months looking at alternative offices. Modus were appointed to design an interior that reflected the brand and to provide a space that meets both the current and future growth plans. This has been successfully achieved and we are currently on site at High Holborn House and will deliver a fast track design and build project completed by Christmas.
