Modus have successfully completed the fit-out for Seplat Petroleum Development Company PLC who have opened a new London Head Office at 50 Pall Mall. After a competitive pitch, Modus were selected for their ability to understand and interpret the design requirements set. The fit-out took 6 weeks to complete and the client moved in on time and within budget. Key areas included the Boardroom which encompassed a sophisticated VC system, a business lounge for guests, additional meeting areas, open plan and cellular offices and new furniture throughout.
