Our team thrives because our company culture is focused on being able to bring our true selves to work. We don’t have a strict dress code, we have flexible working, ideas are encouraged, and individuals are empowered to drive them forward. This culture is lived and breathed by our entire team and supported by Workplace Futures Group.

At Modus, we are proud members of the Workplace Futures Group. The Group provides stability, greater access to resources and buying power, but at an individual level, it means matched donations for charitable endeavours among other things.  The Workplace Futures Group matching scheme allows employees to undertake charitable work, fundraising and challenges to raise money for organisations and causes close to their heart and what they raise as an individual, the group matches.

In 2019 as individuals and a Group we are proud to say we raised £17,678 for a range of deserving organisations.

More recently we announced our official partnership with Business2Schools, an incredible initiative dedicated to reducing waste by re-homing quality used office furniture to schools across the UK. Read all about it here.
