Modus have started the fit-out for Calamos Investments at 62 Threadneedle Street.
Since the 1970’s, Calamos has provided innovative investment management strategies for institutional and individual investors and offers a wide range of global investment solutions. Working closely with CBRE in London and liaising with key client personnel in North America, Modus were appointed to design and create a new London office which was both practical and in keeping with the Calamos brand.
The seven week project will be completed and handed over for occupation on the 7th April 2015.
