Following a competitive tender process administered by Knight Frank, Modus were appointed to deliver NeuLion’s new London HQ at C-Space on City Road.
NeuLion is a worldwide leader specialising in digital video broadcasting, distribution and monetisation. They deliver live and on-demand content and some of their clients include UFC, NFL and CONCACAF.
The scope of works included a new roof-mounted generator with associated craneage and road closures, a front of house meeting suite, digital presentation suite and a Network Operations Centre housing 60 NOC Editors and their management team.
