Modus are delighted to have been appointed to deliver Arrow Electronics’ new 55,000 sqft office over 2 floors at the V-Building, London Road Campus in Harlow, Essex.
In a competitive selection process administered by Knight Frank with initial design undertaken by HKS and Gibbs Dench Associates, Modus were identified as Arrow’s preferred bidder following presentation of our proposal.
We are presently developing design for landlord approval and client sign off with a start on site expected following the completion of the Landlord’s Cat A fit out on 18th July. Modus were able to demonstrate how we will achieve a fast track fit out programme, allowing Arrow to take occupation at the end of September.
