Modus Completes Office Fit-Out for Clear Channel UK

Clear Channel UK is the leader in out of home / outdoor advertising and Modus have recently completed the Cat B fit-out for their new office in Woking.

Orion Gate is a new Grade A office building developed to a high specification and Modus were asked to design a light and airy, modern and functional new space for all that work there.  A key element to the success of this project was the involvement of staff from an early stage and the input from the steering committees that were set up to facilitate this process.  Key operational objectives were met and the interior designed to allow for a more flexible working space, additional meeting rooms for small groups of people, and greater collaboration internally between each department.  The 9,400 sq ft floor was successfully built within 6 weeks and to the set budget parameters.
