Modus are delighted to announce the successful completion of Great Point Media’s office relocation within Covent Garden.
Working closely with the project team at GPM, Modus were initially asked to provide proposals for the Cat B fit-out only but it soon transpired that as the space required a full strip out and Cat A refurbishment, combining this and a Cat B together would provide GPM and Capco a scheme that could be delivered faster and more cost effectively. Modus were therefore instructed to complete the combined works to this 3,500 sq ft floor plate within a 9 week programme.
The Cat A works included strip out, new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, new raised access floors, new male and female toilets and changing facilities and all new services and M&E installations.
The Cat B consisted of a bright and functional open plan area for staff with plenty of storage in a variety of guises. Growth and flexibility were also key here for future expansion. The reception area and the tea point were combined within the central areas of the office leaving the client meeting rooms located to one side. New AV and furniture were included with the scope of works.
