LXM Group provides investment banking and advisory services to institutional and corporate clients around the world. LXM was founded as a partnership in 2010 as a joint venture between LXM’s management and the principals of the Libra Group, a privately-owned international business group that controls 30 subsidiaries active in 35 countries and focused on six core sectors: aviation, energy, finance and diversified, hospitality, real estate, and shipping.
Modus were identified as LXM's preferred partner for their new London HQ at 5th floor 48 Pall Mall by Fifth Element Interiors - also part of the Libra Group. Fifth Element had discounted several other fit out companies having completed site visits to inspect the quality of their finished installations. Modus were acknowledged as having excellent attention to detail and superior quality of finish.
Fifth Element provided the concept design for the new space and Modus provided the technical design expertise, 3D visualisation, selection and procurement of furniture and construction for the 7 week, 4,000 sqft project.
With bespoke joinery, high end floor finishes and feature lighting, this was a challenging but fun project to deliver. Both Fifth Element Interiors and LXM were delighted with the final result and we look forward to working together again in future.
