Currencies Direct are one of Europe’s oldest and largest foreign exchange specialists. They were the first company in the UK outside the banking industry to offer specialist currency services and have now helped more than 150,000 corporate and personal clients, processing $4.5 billion in currency payments every year.
One Canada Square is an iconic tower building with 50 floors, located at the centre of Canary Wharf and holding a striking position in the London skyline. It has set the benchmark in innovative high-rise design technology, with 32 high-speed passenger lifts serving the 1.2 million sq ft building. The building is multi-let to a diverse range of businesses.
Working closely with the client team, Modus have been appointed to design and construct the new London Head Office which allows for future expansion, meets all operational requirements and is in keeping with the Currencies Direct brand. As part of this project Modus will also be creating a separately accessed demise for potential sub-let. The nine week project will be completed and handed over for occupation on the 6th November 2015.
