A Historic Workspace with a Fresh Twist

The Office Group's Wimpole Street workspace is situated in a historic baroque building designed by James S. Wilson and William Wallace. The project aimed to maintain the site's historical significance while infusing it with a fresh take on the 1960s mad men style, blending baroque, period, and art deco design elements.

A Focus on Engagement and Productivity

Modus worked closely with TOG to utilise the abundant natural light streaming through the central atrium. The workspace features eight uniquely designed, tech-enabled meeting rooms, along with various breakout spaces and private offices, creating an ideal environment for collaboration, client meetings, and team gatherings. Wimpole Street is one of many projects where Modus and TOG have collaborated to create engaging, productivity focused workplaces that support business objectives.
