Modus successfully completed the fit-out for Seplat Petroleum Development Company PLC supporting the launch of their new London Head Office at 50 Pall Mall. Seplat wanted a partner who could integrate with their team to develop a deeper understanding of the requirements, Modus were appointed for this reason, and the project, which had an extremely tight 6-week delivery timeline was completed on time and within budget. Seplat had both functional and aesthetical deliverables, including private offices, break out meeting areas, as well as a fully AV integrated boardroom with adjacent soft seating for visiting clients.
