Collaborating with LandSec, we have delivered an 8,000 sq ft Tenant-Ready™ space on the 6th floor of 100 Victoria Street. The space offers breathtaking views of Westminster Cathedral, complimented by a sophisticated design. With its UK-crafted acoustic slatted wall from Naturewall, the reception area flows seamlessly into adjacent meeting rooms, providing a refined visitor experience. Inspired by Scandinavian design, the space integrates clean lines, gentle curves, and natural timber. The combination of light, bright tones with warm accents creates a calm, timeless elegance. Bursts of colour add a contemporary touch, ensuring visual interest.

Views to Inspire

Designed for future growth, the workspace features versatile spaces, including an open collaboration area that can transform into an additional meeting room when required. The open-plan area offers exceptional views of Westminster Cathedral and includes a winter garden, creating a biophilic oasis within the workspace. Two external terraces provide a blend of indoor comfort and outdoor ambience.  Finishes made from recycled materials, such as recycled denim worktops, underscores both our and LandSec's commitment to sustainability.
